Registration Fees

Regular Registration includes:

• Admission to Sessions
• Book of Abstracts
• Conference Proceedings (one volume) published by Elsevier/North Holland
• Conference Banquet (additional tickets may be purchased)
• Breakfasts, Lunches and Refreshments during breaks

Pre-registration, on or before April 25, 2005: $500
Late registration, April 26 through May 11, 2005: $550

On-site registration only after May 11, 2005: $575

Student (non-UMD, College Park)

Students (ID required) who are registered at a College or University other than the University of Maryland, College Park have a special registration rate which includes:

• Admission to Sessions
• Book of Abstracts
• Conference Proceedings (one volume) published by Elsevier/North Holland
• Conference Banquet (additional tickets may be purchased)
• Breakfasts, Lunches and Refreshments during breaks

Pre-registration, on or before April 25, 2005: $250
Late registration, April 26 through May 11, 2005: $300

On-site registration only after May 11, 2005: $325

University of Maryland, College Park faculty, staff and students

UMD, College Park faculty, staff and students (ID required) have a special subsidized
registration rate which includes:

• Admission to Sessions
• Book of Abstracts
• Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks
• (Note: Conference Banquet and Proceedings are not included but may be purchased separately)

Pre-registration, on or before April 25, 2005: $50
Late registration, April 26 through May 11, 2005: $75

On-site registration only after May 11, 2005: $100

Cancellation Policy

Regular Registration:

• Requests received on or before April 25, 2005 receive a full refund less a processing fee of $25
• Requests between April 26 and May 11, 2005 are refundable less a processing fee of $250
• After May 11, 2005 there will be no refunds

Student (non-UMD, College Park) Registration:

• Requests received on or before April 25, 2005 receive a full refund less a processing fee of $25
• After April 25, 2005 there will be no refunds

University of Maryland, College Park faculty, staff and student Registration:

• no refunds will be given
  

All cancellations must be in writing and received by the above deadlines.
Emergency and special circumstance cancellations will be considered on a
case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. Please note that registration fees
do not include traveller's or cancellation insurance.
